These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ack444 platform and all its members. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on ack444, you automatically consent to these terms.

Ack444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms have been written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any ambiguity arises from translation, the ack444 support team is available to provide direct clarification in Bengali.

To register on ack444, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under this age.
• All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and genuine.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited.
• Use a strong password when registering and never share it with any third party.
• If any account details change — such as a phone number — ack444 Support must be notified immediately.

Ack444 reserves the right to approve or reject any registration request. If a registration is declined without reason, that decision is final.

Before making your first withdrawal at ack444, you must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). This is part of international financial security compliance.

The following documents may be required during the KYC process:

• National ID Card (NID) — Clear photos of both front and back
• Selfie — A clear photo of you holding your NID

• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7 days. Any bonus not used within this period will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• One-Time Only: The welcome bonus is issued once per member only. Any attempt to claim it again by opening a new account will result in both accounts being closed.

• Minimum Odds: Bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements.
• Cashback Special Rules: The weekly cashback has no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn directly.

Ack444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. However, bonuses that have already been claimed will not be revoked.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ack444 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• If it is proven that false information was provided during registration.
• If fraudulent or incomplete documents are submitted during KYC verification.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 8.
• An account with no activity for an extended period (generally 12 months) will be considered inactive.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through support.

When an account is closed, the process of returning the real balance (excluding any bonus balance) is initiated. The balance may be on hold while an investigation is ongoing.
